Architectural Manager

Background Our client is an esteemed MNC in the Real Estate and Construction industry. They are looking for astute Architectural Managers to oversee all Architectural matters of large-scale institutional/commercial mixed-use building or LTA Civil Infrastructure projects.

Job Description

Overall responsibility and ownership of all Architectural design and construction works.

Lead and manage a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works to ensure smooth execution of architectural construction works in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues; Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural designs; Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing; Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings; Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings; Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production of construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions, ensuring timely approvals.

Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, and interior design trades to resolve interface issues and ensure seamless integration; Monitor and supervise site Architectural works progress including subcontractors' deliverables and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and overall project schedule; Identify, manage, and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and site challenges during construction; Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and submission requirements (e.
