Job Description

Lead the day-to-day marketing of Yogiberry and Bird & Co, turning each brand’s strategy into campaigns and customer experiences that build awareness, attract customers and encourage repeat visits. Work with the in-house creative studio, digital team, Operations and product development to deliver consistent marketing and support profitable growth. Brand priorities: • Yogiberry: Build a distinctive frozen yoghurt brand through engaging content, product launches, sampling and local activity that encourage trial, customer participation and repeat visits. • Bird & Co: Strengthen brand positioning and consistency across dine-in, takeaway and delivery, with appealing food content, menu promotions and store marketing that grow customer demand. Duties and Responsibilities Brand strategy and planning: • Develop separate annual brand plans and marketing calendars, with clear audiences, priorities, budgets and measures of success. • Protect each brand’s identity and tone of voice, using customer insight and competitor activity to guide decisions. Campaign delivery: • Lead campaigns from creative brief through production, approvals, launch and review, delivering to agreed deadlines and budgets. • Brief and review photography, video, design, copy and media activity with the creative studio and digital team. Maintain brand quality across every customer touchpoint. Store marketing and launches: • Plan store openings, local campaigns, activations and partnerships with Operations. Coordinate point-of-sale material, launch toolkits and store communication. • Visit stores, check execution and customer experience, and agree corrective actions with the relevant teams. Digital marketing and customer engagement: • Set content priorities with the social and digital teams, keeping each brand’s voice distinct and its content relevant to its customers. • Coordinate with the digital team, paid media, influencers, customer retention activity and delivery-platform promotions. Use customer feedback and channel results to improve activity. Performance and budget management: • Monitor sales, guest count, campaign uptake, customer engagement and marketing return against agreed targets. Present monthly results, learnings and recommended actions. • Manage allocated budgets, forecasts and supplier costs. Track commitments and invoices, flag variances and obtain approval before committing expenditure. Product innovation and stakeholder management: • Work with product development, Operations and Finance on menu and product launches, including customer insight, positioning, pricing input and launch readiness. • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, resolve delivery issues and escalate risks early. Review brand assets within agreed approval limits. Requirements • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field. • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in brand or marketing management. Experience in QSR, restaurants, FMCG or retail is advantageous. • Proven delivery of integrated campaigns, with examples of clear briefs, coordinated execution and measurable results. • Experience managing budgets and suppliers, interpreting sales and marketing data, and working with creative and cross-functional teams. • Working knowledge of social and digital marketing, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools. Ability to travel for store visits and launches.
