Evening Receptionist - Parkway Ford

Nighttime Receptionist Parkway Ford Sales Looking for more than just a job? Parkway Ford Sales is looking for an outgoing, organized, and energetic Nighttime Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a fast-paced automotive dealership, gain valuable business experience, and learn how multiple areas of a dealership operate. For the right person, this role can open the door to future opportunities within our organization. You’ll be joining a busy, high-volume dealership where no two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll interact with customers, support our sales and administrative teams, and play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional experience while assisting with a variety of dealership operations, including: • Answering and directing calls through a busy multi-line phone system • Greeting customers and guests as they arrive • Supporting the sales team with customer coordination • Posting customer payments • Assisting with new and used vehicle inventory stock-in • Coordinating dealer trades • Updating and tracking information in our CRM • Completing general administrative duties and special projects • Learning different aspects of dealership operations along the way What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you: • Enjoy working with people and delivering an excellent customer experience • Have a positive attitude and bring energy to the workplace • Are comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment • Can handle multiple priorities while staying organized • Communicate confidently and professionally in person and over the phone • Take initiative and are willing to learn • Are dependable, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Have previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience — although we’re happy to train the right person Why Join Parkway Ford Sales?
