Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
- Workforce Optimization: Analyze workforce trends and align manpower planning with clinical and operational mandates.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead weekly and monthly talent acquisition drives for both clinical (doctors, nursing, paramedical) and non-clinical roles.
- Onboarding & Induction: Design and execute structured orientation and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration and reduced time-to-productivity.
2. Generalist HR Operations & Performance Management:
- Performance Systems: Drive the annual performance appraisal process, goal setting, KRA cascade, and talent evaluation initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs across clinical and administrative units; design and track skill-building programs.
- Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee grievances fairly and promptly, maintaining high ethical standards.
- Retention & Engagement: Implement talent retention strategies, measure employee satisfaction through regular surveys, and deploy targeted engagement and spot-reward/R&R initiatives.
- Exit Management: Oversee structured exit interviews, offboarding workflows, and attrition analysis.
3. Statutory Compliance, Quality Audits & HR Governance:
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and institutional policies.
- NABH & NABL Accreditation: Act as the primary HR custodian for NABH and NABL compliance, audits, and continuous quality standards.
- Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Identify avenues for HR process streamlining, vendor management optimization, and budgetary control.
- HR Projects & Digitalization: Drive HR technology implementation, HRIS automation, and organizational restructuring projects across the zone.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: 12 - 18 years of progressive Generalist HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare or hospital operations exposure.
- Domain Expertise: Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, NABH/NABL HR standards, and workforce planning.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing HR teams across multi-location units.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Proficient in HRIS platforms, digital HR tools, and data-driven HR metrics reporting.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating under high-pressure healthcare environments.
