As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for: Proactive Problem Solving: Spotting potential risks early, identifying process bottlenecks, and taking early action to help keep projects on track.

Global Team Coordination: Managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and facilitating smooth collaboration across distributed, international time zones. Driven to Get Clarity: Asking thoughtful questions, validating assumptions, and digging into the details until key stakeholders have necessary clarity.

Clear Communication & Documentation: Keeping project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates clear, organized, and up to date. Process Improvement & Collaboration: Bringing strong initiative, learning from senior team members, and working as a supportive, reliable team player to refine team workflows.

To be successful in this role, you will: Bring foundational experience driving cross-functional projects Have 2+ years of experience in program management skills Show strong self-management, taking initiative to drive daily progress and find answers without needing constant step-by-step direction.

Use great communication and organizational skills to keep stakeholders aligned, keep track of key details, and document decisions clearly. Adapt comfortably when priorities shift, keeping a positive focus and maintaining project momentum.
