Essential Job Functions The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees customer-facing software implementation, migration, and custom projects.

This includes preparing customer kickoff materials, developing and maintaining milestone plans, coordinating resource requests, tracking project financials, managing invoices, facilitating regular project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, monitoring risks and issues, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.

Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are effectively controlled. Develop, maintain, and communicate project milestone plans, schedules, status updates, meeting minutes, action items, and project documentat
