1 Year Associate Executive, HR (Learning & Development) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Bukit Merah Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Salary: $2500 - $2900/month Job Responsibilities Training Administration Collate course nominations and process training applications.

Confirm training details with relevant parties. Raise payment requests for course fees and reimbursements. Monitor attendance registers and course attendance. Follow up on training completion and attendance. Monitor submission of post-training forms, reports, certificates, payments and results.

Provide administrative support for training programmes. Prepare course materials and in-house training venues. Assist with funding and training claim applications. Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain the training catalogue and training records in the LMS.

Update employees’ learning history upon completion of training.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Good administrative and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple training-related tasks and follow up with different stakeholders.
