People Partner

People Partner We are looking for a People Partner to build the foundations of our People Operations function. You will stay close to the people doing the work, build trusted relationships across technical and operational teams, and turn a strong understanding of the business into practical people support.

You will help create a culture of excellence and fun, while building scalable, low-friction people practices that let employees focus on the work at hand rather than bureaucracy.

About us We’re a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications.

We are already launching suborbital and ballistic rockets on a regular basis, generating significant revenue and applying our knowledge toward the development of an orbital rocket. We are working hard to build something truly spectacular.

Partner with leaders to build an effective, engaged workforce and support sound people decisions that meet the needs of the business. Strengthen talent development, performance, feedback, and manager practices as the organisation grows.
