Our team also operates from offices in Long Beach and Chico, giving attorneys the flexibility of remote work with the support of an established California practice. Note: Candidates must be active members of the California Bar and have at least 1 year of California workers' compensation experience.

Job Description
Manage California workers' compensation matters from file inception through settlement, dismissal, trial, or other resolution. Develop practical and proactive litigation strategies tailored to each client's goals. Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, conferences, negotiations, and WCAB appearances. Analyze medical, employment, and claim records
