Job Description

Office Manager Western Sydney | Full-time, on-site | Competitive salary based on experience An established infrastructure business is looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and coordination of their Western Sydney office. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping an office organised, supporting a range of stakeholders and making sure the day-to-day administration runs smoothly. What you'll be doing • Managing the day-to-day administration and coordination of the office • Providing administrative support to project, finance, operations and management teams • Coordinating office requirements, supplies, facilities and general office organisation • Preparing, formatting and maintaining documentation, reports, registers and records • Supporting accurate data entry, document control and record keeping • Assisting with project and operational administration, including maintaining systems and databases • Coordinating internal communications and liaising with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients as required • Assisting with onboarding and general administrative support for new and existing staff • Helping ensure office processes, documentation and administrative systems are kept organised and up to date • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative and coordination requirements What we're looking for • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Senior Administrator or similar • Experience within construction, electrical, engineering or infrastructure will be highly regarded • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Confident communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across systems and databases • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to identify what needs to be done and get it sorted • Someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office environment What's on offer • Join a growing business operating across major NSW infrastructure projects • Work within a supportive, team-focused office environment • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy office • Genuine opportunities to grow into more senior administration, coordination or leadership roles • Competitive salary based on experience
