Position Overview LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support our strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives. In this critical role, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, and Business Leadership—to deliver actionable insights, enhance forecasting processes, and support data-driven decision-making that drives the company’s growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations comparing forecast to actuals • Collaborate closely with business and functional leaders to understand growth drivers and cost structures • Design and deliver clear, comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership • Drive improvements to business processes, reporting automation, and data integrity across FP&A functions • Support strategic initiatives with robust scenario and sensitivity analyses • Assist in the annual budgeting process as well as regular financial reforecasts Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification a plus • 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles (technology sector experience preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion) strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders • Strong collaboration skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail Benefits • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Flexible work arrangements and generous vacation policy • Opportunities for ongoing learning, professional development, and career advancement • Inclusive, innovative, and supportive company culture If you are passionate about financial strategy, enjoy building strong business partnerships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
