Job Description
Assist in front desk duties like: welcome guests, serve beverages and manage incoming calls and deliveries. Oversee pantry inventory by ordering, restocking and organizing snacks, drinks/coffee and replenish or order essential supplies.
Maintain office tidiness and coordinate with building management or external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Assist in General Office Admin duties like track and replenish office stationery, manage digital/physical files and assist with data entry/reports Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various departments and help organize internal office events or team lunches.
Requirements
