Brand Lead - Consumer Tech

About the Role: A high-impact Brand Lead opportunity with a fast-growing, founder-led premium consumer technology business. The role will work closely with the Founders to build and scale a differentiated, category-defining brand. Key Responsibilities: - Own brand positioning, narrative and identity across consumer touchpoints. - Lead product storytelling across design, technology, innovation and performance. - Drive brand-led growth in partnership with Digital, Growth and Sales. - Build cultural relevance through content, collaborations, communities and experiences. - Shape the end-to-end consumer journey and brand experience. - Translate brand strategy into impactful execution. What We're Looking For: - 7 - 10 years of experience across Brand, Marketing, Content and Storytelling. - Strong track record of building and scaling consumer brands. - Experience across digital, content and integrated brand building. - Experience in premium, technology-led or high-consideration consumer categories preferred. - Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and purchase journeys. - Strong creative judgment combined with commercial orientation. - High ownership and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working closely with founders.
