Assistant Manager - Investor Servicing

About the Role: - We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Investor Servicing to manage communication and service requests from investors. - The role will mainly involve working with HNI and institutional investors, distributors, and internal teams. You will also support activities such as KYC, reporting, fund accounting, system migration, and process automation. Key Responsibilities: Investor Servicing: - Handle investor queries and requests and provide timely responses. - Share investor statements, reports, notices, fund updates, drawdown and distribution details. - Follow up with investors for drawdown payments. - Handle queries from distributors and provide required reports/data. - Complete investor KYC, AML checks, onboarding, and re-KYC. - Update investor details such as bank account, contact details, nomination, tax status, etc. - Maintain and update the investor database. - Prepare quarterly reports, updates, and other investor communications. - Maintain SOPs and checklists for investor-related activities. - Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Fund Accounting, Fund Raising, and other teams to resolve investor requests. - Help in handling investor complaints and grievances. - Provide data and information required by the Fund Raising team for investor meetings and presentations. - Support planning and coordination of investor events and conferences. - Track service timelines and help improve processes through automation and technology. - Maintain good relationships with investors, distributors, intermediaries, and service providers. Accounting & Reporting: - Assist with demat corporate actions and reconciliation. - Prepare MIS and reports for investors and management. - Coordinate with service providers and monitor their service levels. - Support the Fund Accounting team with required data and information.
