Requirements: - At least 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. - Proven expertise in TA delivery operations, pricing discipline, revenue timelines, and revenue tracking. - Demonstrated ability to scale operations with a strong emphasis on conversion metrics. - Strong leadership and business acumen. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
