Job Description

π° Up to $7,000/month
π 3-Year Contract | Renewable subject to performance & funding
Responsibilities
β’ Lead the hospitalβs emergency preparedness programme covering scenarios such as pandemics, IT downtime and other emergencies
β’ Manage emergency response plans, SOPs and preparedness activities across departments
β’ Coordinate crisis response and support Operations Centre activation during emergencies
β’ Ensure proper incident documentation, reporting and post-incident reviews
β’ Supervise and coach the Emergency Planning team and manage workload allocation
β’ Coordinate emergency equipment procurement, inventory, maintenance and readiness
β’ Support budget planning and expenditure tracking
β’ Lead emergency planning requirements for IGH / Ops Centre implementation
β’ Coordinate with medical planners, campus teams, MOH and other stakeholders
β’ Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) meetings and emergency preparedness projects π
Requirements
β’ Min. 4β6 years of healthcare operations or emergency management experience
β’ Prior healthcare experience required
β’ Min. 2 years of supervisory / team leadership experience
β’ Knowledge of emergency planning and crisis response
β’ Familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment
β’ Project coordination experience
β’ Good stakeholder management and communication skills
β’ Basic budgeting and resource management experience
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
