Area Manager - Sales - HVAC/Air Conditioning

Location: Kolkata Experience: 10 - 15 Years Industry: HVAC / Air Conditioning Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and manage channel sales for the Kolkata and East India market. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through dealers, distributors and channel partners. - Develop and strengthen channel network across the East market. - Manage and grow business for HVAC / air-conditioning products. - Build relationships with channel partners and key market influencers. - Lead and develop a team of approximately 3 - 4 members. - Drive sales targets, market expansion and customer engagement. Key Requirements: - 10 - 15 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HVAC / Air Conditioning. - Strong product knowledge of VRF, Ducted and Cassette systems is mandatory. - Strong channel sales and dealer/distributor management experience. - Prior team-handling experience with a people-development orientation. - Good knowledge of Kolkata and East India markets. - Candidates from HVAC / Air Conditioning companies preferred.
