Description::Skills needed :Strong hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and RetrospectivesSolid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scaled Agile is a plus)Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent certification preferredExperience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, Design)Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to identify and remove impediments/blockers proactivelyGood understanding of Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown/Burnup charts, Sprint Health, Cycle Time)Experience in managing multiple teams/squads simultaneously (2-3 teams preferred)Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) to better support technical teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilityAbility to foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within teams Responsibilities :Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies effectively, ensuring they stay time-boxed and productiveCoach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and help improve team maturity over timeWork closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy and well-groomed backlogIdentify, track, and remove impediments/blockers that hinder team progressShield the team from external interruptions and unplanned work during the sprintDrive continuous improvement by conducting effective retrospectives and implementing action itemsTrack and report Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, etc.)
