Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile application projects. • Guide development teams through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Drive continuous improvement through modern engineering practices, DevOps principles, and process optimisation. • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve both technical and professional growth. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and excellence. • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Participate in solution design, architecture, estimation, and technical decision-making. • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry best practices. • Research and introduce innovative technologies that enhance delivery capabilities. Job Experience and Skills Required • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience within an enterprise environment. • Proven experience leading development teams and delivering successful software projects. • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and best practices. • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical professionals. • Ability to architect and structure projects within complex enterprise environments. • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer-facing skills. • Ability to work across multiple technologies, tools, and business domains. • Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Technical Environment • Front-end technologies such as Angular, React, and Vue.js. • Back-end technologies including .NET, Java, and Python. • Frameworks such as Express and NextJS. • Build tools including Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp. • NPM package management. • MongoDB and other non-relational databases. • DevOps, CI/CD, and containerisation practices.
