Job Description
Key Responsibilities Discipline & Operations Support: Assist the student management team in recording, tracking, and monitoring student late-coming. Supervise and monitor students placed on detention or suspension.
Campus Safety Patrols: Conduct regular safety and discipline patrols within and around the school premises during and after school hours. Incident Investigation: Support teachers in investigating and documenting student disciplinary incidents.
Provide guidance and behavioral support to students involved in disciplinary cases. Device Management: Oversee the secure management, temporary confiscation, and returning procedures for student mobile phones and Personal Learning Devices (PLDs).
Crowd Control & Supervision: Assist in student supervision and crowd management during morning assemblies, recess periods, dismissals, and various school events.
Administrative Administration: Perform general clerical support, including data entry, updating databases, and systematic filing of disciplinary logs and incident reports. Provide operational support for main school events as needed.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level certificate or equivalent. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience working with students or teenagers , preferably within a school setting or in a youth discipline management capacity.
IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word and Excel) to complete daily administrative duties independently.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage teenagers firmly yet empathetically, and confidence in contacting parents or guardians regarding student matters.
Personal Attributes: A strong team player, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high levels of patience, and possessing a calm disposition.
