The National Director, Workplace Giving & Engagement is responsible for driving the national strategy to maximize revenue through employee giving and employer matching gift programs.

This strategic leader will serve as the organization’s expert on workplace giving trends, tools, and technologies, and will partner across departments to maximize revenue opportunities.

The National Director will oversee forecasting, campaign development, corporate prospecting, and cross-channel activation efforts, ensuring that workplace giving and matching gifts continues to grow as a significant and sustainable source of revenue for Breakthrough T1D .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead a national strategy to significantly grow workplace giving and matching gift revenue across all programs and events. Serve as Breakthrough T1D ’s subject matter expert on workplace giving and matching gifts programs, trends, and platforms. Establish high-level vendor relationships and oversee platform strategy
