Agentic AI Solution Design:

Generative AI & LLM Integration:
- Integrate Workday with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks.
- Design multi-agent collaboration patterns.
- Develop conversational AI experiences.
Enterprise Integration:
- Architect interactions between Workday and Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Learning platforms, Payroll systems, and Digital workplace solutions.
- Define API-driven AI integration patterns.
- Design event-driven AI architectures.
HR Transformation & Consulting:
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI-powered HR transformation.
- Lead workshops on future workforce and AI strategy.
- Identify opportunities for automation and intelligence.
- Create AI value realization roadmaps.
- Support organizational change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, AI, or related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
- 3+ years of AI, GenAI, or Machine Learning solution design experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
Required Workday Expertise:
Deep knowledge of Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Learning, Workforce Planning, and Reporting & Analytics.
Required AI & Agentic AI Skills:
- Artificial Intelligence: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Machine Learning Fundamentals, Conversational AI.
- Agentic Frameworks: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agentic Workflow Platforms.
- GenAI Technologies: Prompt Engineering, Agent Orchestration, Vector Databases, Embeddings, RAG Architecture, Model Evaluation, AI Guardrails.
Governance, Security & Compliance:
- Define Responsible AI frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Establish AI risk management controls.
- Design secure AI-human interaction models.
- Implement workforce data governance standards.
- Lead AI ethics and compliance reviews.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead AI and Workday architecture initiatives.
- Mentor architects, consultants, and AI engineers.
- Drive innovation programs within HR technology.
