AI Engineer – Data & AI Services

In this role, you will get the chance to: 3-5 years experience in business domain pertinent to financial advisory services and CRM Passionate about building next generation AI enabled products and data pipeline solutions for financial advisory and wealth management platforms Design and implement machine learning systems from the groud up, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and foundational models tailored to enterprise business needs Build AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration and user experience Apply established patterns for security, privacy, Responsible AI, observability, recovery and operational resilience Create reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journey and enterprise systems Create clear code, automated tests, documentation, runbooks and release evidence Enthusiastic, be able to contribute and learn from wider digital , data , AI engineering talent in the team.

Review designs and code, mentor engineers and identify material technical, delivery, data, model and operational risks early Capable to create both technology blueprints and engineering roadmaps, for AI transformational journey.

Own versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics and incident support We are also interested in hearing from people who: 5 Years of relevant software engineering experience3+ years of experience in designing and delivering machine learning frameworks (e.

g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with LLMs and foundation models (e.
