Together, the team supports Mirakl's clients throughout all phases of their marketplace journey—from strategic planning to day-to-day operations—ensuring they maximise the value of the Mirakl platform. Your Impact • Analyze client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews • Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimise their marketplace operations • Contribute to the implementation of AI-powered tools and use cases to improve marketplace performance, automate repetitive tasks and enhance data analysis • Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure) • Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence What You'll Bring to the Role Education & Experience • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP • Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus Skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with clients and internal stakeholders • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve efficiency, solve business problems, and create value for clients • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Team player: You collaborate effectively in an international environment and share best practices to elevate team performance • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Languages • Fluent in French and English (professional proficiency required for both) Compensation & Benefits Internship Allowance: €1,200 - €1,400 per month (depending on profile) Benefits: • Meal vouchers via Swile card • 50% public transportation reimbursement (Navigo pass, bike, etc.) • Access to our Works Council (CSE) discounts (ticketing, events, etc.) • Gymlib pass for fitness and wellness activities • Modern offices in the heart of Paris (at the foot of the Eiffel Tower) • Wellness perks: breakfast, yoga & fitness classes, after-work events, game nights • Comprehensive onboarding program to help you ramp up quickly • Hands-on, impactful missions designed to build real-world skills • A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing French unicorn and work with international teams Our Hiring Process We warmly encourage you to apply to any of our roles, even if you think you're not an exact match.
