Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Work Mode: Work from Office Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: 2-3 years Website: www.logiqids.com Your Role: We are looking for an HR professional who enjoys hiring, working with people and building a great workplace culture. You will independently manage day-to-day HR activities, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement. The role requires someone approachable, energetic, hands-on and comfortable working with a young, fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Own end-to-end recruitment across the company. Strong focus on hiring in Sales, Operations and Tech roles. • Source, screen, interview and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process. • Work closely with managers and heads to understand requirements and close positions within timelines. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Employee Relations & HR Operations • Be the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns and day-to-day HR requirements. • Build strong relationships with employees and ensure they feel comfortable approaching HR. • Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records and offboarding. • Address employee concerns proactively and help resolve workplace issues. • Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed. Employee Engagement & Culture • Take ownership of employee engagement across the company. • Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, events, contests and other engagement initiatives. • Conduct regular employee connect activities and gather feedback. • Keep a pulse on employee morale and identify areas that need attention. • Help build a positive, collaborative and fun workplace culture. Performance & HR Processes • Support the performance appraisal and feedback process. • Maintain HR data and reports. • Support leadership with relevant HR insights and employee-related information. What We’re Looking For • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in EdTech, Education or another fast-paced startup environment. • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, particularly Sales, Ops and Tech hiring. • Excellent communication and people-handling skills. Someone who is employee-friendly, approachable and a good listener. • High ownership and the ability to work independently. • Good understanding of basic HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle. • Comfortable using HRMS, recruitment platforms and other HR tools.
