Requirements • Proven track record as a Growth Hacker or in a similar role focused on rapid e-commerce expansion. • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and A/B testing methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques and tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in remote teams. • A highly experimental mindset, comfortable with rapid iteration and learning from failures.
