Health Insurance/ERISA Litigation Attorneys

Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, is seeking attorneys with experience in handling litigation on behalf of health insurers including defending life, health, disability, and payor-provider litigation, class actions, state statutory claims, ERISA litigation, and insurance bad faith.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigating health insurance issues. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for professional development.

Candidates must be self-starters who are able to manage their own litigation, formulate and implement a discovery plan including taking and defending depositions, evaluate potential insurance liability exposures, prepare case assessments and evaluations, and balance their time between several matters while producing consistently good work product.

Candidates must have strong academic credentials, proven skills in writing, research and litigation experience. The position is available for anyone with a valid license to practice law in any state. There is the option of working remotely.

Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.
