Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Campus Hiring Manager to lead our early-career talent acquisition strategy based in Pune. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary architect of our university relations, bridging the gap between top-tier academic institutions and our organizational growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders, HR business partners, and global talent acquisition teams to identify, attract, and onboard high-potential graduates who align with our long-term vision. By spearheading innovative engagement programs and robust employer branding initiatives, you will directly influence our talent pipeline quality and ensure we remain a preferred employer of choice for the next generation of industry leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute end-to-end campus recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent from premier engineering and management institutes, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality hires. - Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with university placement cells and faculty members to enhance our brand visibility and institutional presence. - Lead comprehensive employer branding campaigns across digital and physical platforms to articulate our unique value proposition and attract diverse, high-caliber candidates. - Orchestrate large-scale employee engagement initiatives for interns and new hires, fostering a culture of belonging and accelerating their integration into the workforce. - Analyze recruitment metrics and campus performance data to provide actionable insights to leadership, optimizing hiring processes and return on investment for campus programs. - Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance on candidate assessment techniques and negotiation strategies to ensure a seamless selection experience. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-volume campus hiring cycles, including the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments with ease. - Proven track record in building and scaling employer branding initiatives that resonate with Gen-Z and millennial talent pools. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the organization effectively at elite academic forums. - Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to forecast hiring needs, track conversion rates, and refine recruitment strategies. - Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site campus visits and team collaboration with remote operational responsibilities. - A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution is highly preferred. - Candidates must possess 7 - 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on campus programs and organizational development.
