QA Engineer (manufacturing) | S$5,500 basic + bonus

Our client is an established precision engineering and manufacturing company in Singapore , specialising in the production of high-precision components and engineering solutions for customers across various industries.

The company is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented QA Engineer to support its quality operations and work closely with production, suppliers, and customers to ensure product and process quality.

Job Responsibilities

Perform and oversee product quality inspections in accordance with customer specifications and requirements. Lead and supervise QC Inspectors in carrying out incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections . Work closely with the Production team to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.

Liaise with customers and suppliers/vendors regarding quality complaints, feedback, and corrective actions. Initiate non-conformance investigations , conduct initial root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans through to closure.

Maintain and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records. Support and participate in internal and external quality audits . Ensure quality procedures and inspection activities are consistently followed in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Perform any other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
