Sales Executive (Electronics)

Responsibilities

Manage and retain existing customer accounts across assigned markets. Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and customer segments. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to understand business needs and requirements.

Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Travel to customer sites to provide sales support and address enquiries. Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports. Support additional business and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a trading environment. Experience in trading mechanical components, electrical equipment parts, or electronic devices/components is an added advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report writing. Willingness to travel for customer visits and business engagements.
