Warehouse Administrator

The Company was incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalised SCM/Logistics solutions which align with the needs of a multitude of companies based on their own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. The role Seeking a skilled administrator to assist the head office with their POD and reporting function. Remuneration and Hours on offer: 9am - 5pm (negotiable) - on site position $36.81 per hour + Superannuation (negotiable) 9am - 5pm (on-site) in a modern corporate environment Duties & Responsibilities The role: • Daily and monthly reporting of large datasets • Heavy usage of MS Excel, Outlook and Cello • General customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Raise and receipt purchase orders against job orders using Cello • Data entry of bookings and deliveries and reporting • Generate inspection and test plans for project-specific requirements • Assist with system and template development for jobs • Maintain database files and other records The requirements: • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential - confident working with V Lookup, pivot tables, formulas, reporting large datasets. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing and reporting data • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Familiar with warehouse/logistics would be advantageous • Understanding of basic accounting procedures • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders • High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills • Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage workloads within deadlines • Current drivers licence • Unlimited working rights in Australia In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a generous hourly rate, a vibrant working environment, and be a part of a reputable company with an international presence, offering opportunities for professional development.
