Join our Cloud Technology Program Management team Our Technical Program Managers lead programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market. We align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed customer expectations.

We are relied on by leaders across the organization to execute critical programs with high business impact. Partner with the best Technical Program Managers are key contributors to Akamai's success. You will lead projects and develop processes that enable us to measure and improve performance.

Your work will directly result in improved customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions Managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market including schedule and investment tracking Driving cross-functional activities and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion Applying technical knowledge and initiative to contribute actively in collaborative team discussions Utilizing clear written and verbal communication skills to foster trust and facilitate coordinated execution Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to cross-functional team members Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent Possess experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities Demonstrate ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority Demonstrate solid capability in change management and transformation processes Have experience with Agile method
