Job Description

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year Requirements: • Independent, hands-on development experience with Python/Java scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, Kafka, AutoSys, Tableau, Ansible, Splunk, Jira, and ServiceNow • Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments • Hands-on experience as a business systems analyst on an Agile team, including writing user stories and creating technical design documentation and system flows Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse problems, capture requirements, and provide subject-matter expertise for scope and requirement decisions • Create solutions and solve problems through automation • Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyse and confirm requirements, improve processes, and write user and technical stories • Define, analyse, and deliver technology solutions that support strategic business objectives • Gather and document requirements, translating business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams • Support testing and implementation, and help deliver outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle • Use modern tools, including GenAI, to improve analysis and delivery effectiveness Technologies: • Ansible • Support • JIRA • Java • Kafka • Linux • Python • SQL • Security • ServiceNow • Splunk • Tableau • Windows • LESS More: We are Bank of America, guided by a purpose to help make financial lives better through every connection.
