Duties & Responsibilities • Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines. • Operate cooking equipment including grills, fryers, ovens. • Maintain clean workstation, equipment and kitchen areas. • Comply with all sanitation, safety and hygiene procedures. • Communicate order changes, shortages or concerns promptly. • Assist with prep work during slower periods. • Adhere to grooming standards and kitchen uniform policies. • Work positively in fast-paced environment • Additional duties as assigned. Skills & Experience • Commercial kitchen experience, culinary internship students considered. • Culinary education is an asset. • Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail • Professional team player with problem solving abilities. • Food safety aware with ability to stand for long periods. • Available to work variable hours, weekends, holidays.
