Qualifications: • Experience in technical customer support, customer service, inside sales or sales support. • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electrical, mechanical or technical products environment will be an advantage. • Ability to understand technical documentation, product specifications and engineering drawings. • Good problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with CRM, ERP or CPQ/configuration systems will be a plus. • Good organization skills and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time. • Fluent German and English. • A technical or business-related degree is welcome, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
