Warehouse Manager - INTL (MEXICO) - PERM

The team oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, including Receiving, Put-Away, Storage, Value-Added Services (VAS), Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns, and Inventory. The Warehouse Manager will lead daily operations, manage inbound and outbound flows, maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, and plan labor, equipment, space, and resources. This role will coordinate supervisors across Receiving, Picking, VAS, and Shipping; prioritize work and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks; track KPIs and warehouse performance; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement; uphold safety and quality standards; coach warehouse leaders and teams; and partner with Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Customs, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to meet customer commitments. Skills and Requirements Advanced English. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or operations management. Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Distribution Center Manager, or equivalent leader. Experience managing warehouse teams, supervisors, inventory, productivity, service levels, and costs. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, VAS, shipping, and returns. Experience with WMS and ERP transaction processes. Knowledge of physical and system inventory management, operational dashboards, KPIs, 5S, warehouse layout, slotting, capacity planning, material handling, warehouse safety, continuous improvement, cost control, and root-cause analysis. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Results-driven with a strong customer-service focus. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective planning, organization, and execution. Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration. Continuous-improvement and cost-conscious mindset. Accountability, adaptability, and change-management skills.
