Data Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery, onboarding, and integration of Flag Football data sources into the central data platform. Coordinate data acquisition efforts across clubs, international markets, leagues, federations, vendors, registration providers, and other third-party partners.

Manage the Flag Football data roadmap, priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Translate business needs into data requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and monitoring needs.

Establish and maintain standardized data definitions, collection methodologies, schemas, and reporting frameworks. Partner with engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, privacy, and business teams to move data sources from discovery through production.

Support source onboarding through data profiling, validation, testing, quality assessment, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of Flag Football data sources and integration opportunities. Coordinate recurring program updates, executive reporting, and cross-functional working sessions.

Support the development of global participation measurement methodologies and reporting. Help establish participant-level data models, identity management approaches, and consent-aware data practices. Enable analytical capabilities that connect participation data to fan engagement, retention, and fandom outcomes.
