Job Description
Mondelēz International seeks a Director, Insights & Analytics to lead the I&A function across Southeast Asia, spanning three sub-pillars and enabling data-driven growth. You will partner with Marketing, Managing Directors, and Commercial teams to translate insights into strategy, and pioneer AI-powered automation across regions.
The role requires 12–15+ years in consumer insights or analytics, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive cross-market initiatives while aligning with P&L
