Review, analyze, and provide feedback on design iterations with precision and clarity. Document design processes and articulate design decisions in both written and verbal formats. Contribute authentic, real-world insights on user interaction and usability best practices.

Collaborate efficiently in a remote environment, submitting deliverables according to project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Graphic or UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools. Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design for digital products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail. Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback and iterate on complex design challenges. Self-motivated contributor who thrives in autonomous, remote project settings.
