Planner (Manufacturing/East Region)

Responsibilities: Develop and optimize shop floor scheduling to achieve throughput targets. Set monthly WIP and production targets to meet global inventory DOH requirements. Evaluate equipment capacity through time studies and material flow analysis.

Drive continuous improvements in capacity utilization and material flow. Manage yield and process time variation to ensure customer demand fulfilment. Plan ingot growing based on product mix and puller capacity. Coordinate ingot deliveries to overseas manufacturing sites.

Adjust production starts and ingot growing plans to support changes in product specifications.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of logistics processes and systems in manufacturing. Understanding of manufacturing processes and product costing. Strong PC and Microsoft Excel skills (Visual Basic a plus). Basic knowledge of C++.
