Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a current opening for an Administrative / AR AP Assistant for their London location. *Must be available to start right away* Duties Include: - Process and ensure the accuracy of all customer orders and documentation. - Set up, organize, and maintain all customer files.
- Collect and process customer payments (A/P and A/R assistance). - Provide outstanding customer service by quickly assessing, researching, and responding to all incoming customer correspondence (phone, email, voicemail) - Maintain a neat, clean, and organized office environment.
- Manage and update office policies and procedures. - Conduct inventory and manage office supplies.
