General Services (i) Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk for parents, students and visitors, providing information, guidance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

(ii) Respond to phone calls, emails and walk-in enquiries regarding school operations, admissions and events in a prompt and professional manner. (iii) Receive and manage feedback, complaints and requests from stakeholders, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or resolved in a timely manner.

(iv) Assist in the preparation and distribution of school correspondence, including letters, newsletters and publications. (v) Provide clerical and administrative support to teaching staff and supervisors, including distributing resources and preparing teaching and learning materials.

(vi) Input, update and manage general data in the school's administrative systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. (vii) Attend to students at the sickbay and render basic care as required. (viii) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager.
