Accountant

LifeSkills Connection, Inc. | Build, Inspire, Grow Accountant Keep a multi-entity, mission-driven organization's finances accurate, healthy, and running smoothly. LifeSkills Connection, Inc. is hiring an Accountant to help prepare and examine financial records across our multi-entity organization. You'll work closely with our VP of Finance, our company CPA, and our Corporate Finance Operations Manager — a genuinely collaborative finance team, not a solo back-office role. What You'll Do • Prepare and examine financial statements across multiple entities for accuracy and compliance • Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment runs • Support tax preparation in coordination with our company CPA • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger across all entities in QuickBooks Online • Spot opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes, and strengthen financial operations • Support payroll processing and reconciliations alongside our HR team What You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, plus 2 years of accounting experience • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong Excel skills • Multi-entity or fund accounting experience a plus, not • Federal contract accounting or government cost accounting experience a plus, not • CPA, CMA, or similar certification a plus, not Why LifeSkills Connection Our mission is to create change and add value to individuals and organizations by building relationships and inspiring human growth and development.
