Recruiter, Construction Markets

We are looking to bring on board a Recruiter for our Construction Markets Desk Business Development: Cold-calling, Telemarketing & Networking and through the maintaining of excellent relationships with the Clients of the targeted market.

Technical Search: Utilitize a variety of methods to develop candidate pipeline, forming a comprehensive network of key-talents that are both passive and active across the allocated desk (Construction and Design) Market Specialization: Be on top of industry trends, being alert to project, plans and movements of candidates; providing periodical updates and outlooks Sales Management: Exceeding set sales-target on a Fixed/Annual basis, and to develop in tandem with the company as you prepare to lead a team The role is on a full-commissioned basis (60% of Sales) ; please only apply if you are open to the arrangement and are willing to find out further.
