Key Responsibilities Drive Data-Driven Transformation • Partner with hospital leaders and stakeholders to solve complex business and healthcare challenges through evidence-based analytics. • Translate data into meaningful insights that influence strategic planning, operational improvements, and patient care outcomes. • Develop predictive and quantitative models to identify risks, trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation. Advance Analytics Across the Organisation • Design and deliver enterprise dashboards and visualisations that provide actionable insights across key domains including operations, finance, manpower, quality, safety, and patient care. • Support departments in developing scalable solutions for data collection, integration, cleansing, analysis, and reporting. • Promote self-service analytics capabilities that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions with confidence. Enable Clinical Excellence • Support clinical teams with data analytics that improve quality of care, resource planning, service utilisation, and clinical outcomes. • Leverage advanced analytics to identify opportunities for improving care value and patient outcomes. • Contribute to population health initiatives through the use of predictive and descriptive analytics. Build Analytics Capability • Mentor and develop junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and healthcare data science. • Drive adoption of modern analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies across the organisation. Contribute to Research and Knowledge Sharing • Support operational and clinical research initiatives through robust analytical methodologies. • Contribute to education and capability-building efforts within the department and broader organisation. • Share insights and best practices that enhance analytical maturity across the healthcare system. What You Bring Experience & Qualifications • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related discipline. • At least 7 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. • Experience working with large and complex datasets to generate business and healthcare insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, STATA, R, or Python. • Experience in dashboarding, data visualisation, predictive analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions. Attributes • Strategic thinker with a passion for using data to solve real-world challenges. • Strong communicator who can translate complex analytical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations. • Collaborative and influential, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple disciplines. • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information. • Curious, innovative, and adaptable in fast-evolving environments. • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with a commitment to developing future analytics talent. Why Join Us? • Play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through data and analytics. • Drive organisation-wide transformation and influence strategic decision-making. • Work with multidisciplinary teams committed to improving health outcomes and patient care. • Be part of a forward-looking healthcare institution that values innovation, learning, and impact.
