Job Description

Group Marketing & Brand Manager - LK Hospitality Omnia | Yugen | Portside - Melbourne, VIC You are at your best when a great story turns into bookings and sales. We are seeking an exceptional Group Marketing & Brand Manager to lead brand and marketing strategy across three distinctive businesses: Omnia, Yugen and Portside. This is a senior role that connects brand, content, PR, digital, customer marketing and partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes. Success here isn't measured by social engagement alone. It's measured by covers, bookings, sales and revenue. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled marketer to step into a real leadership position, with the creative influence and responsibility to shape strategy, brand and performance across the group. The Role You own the brand and marketing strategy across the group and the commercial results it drives. You report to the LK Hospitality General Manager. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, based at our head office on Queens Road, Melbourne. • Set brand positioning, tone of voice and annual marketing plans across Omnia, Yugen and Portside • Build integrated seasonal, menu, launch, collaboration and key-trading-period campaigns • Own content strategy, calendars, social channels and digital performance • Grow the customer database through CRM, EDM/SMS, segmentation and loyalty • Manage PR agencies, media, influencers, brand collaborations and tastings • Support events sales, lead generation and corporate and private events • Drive Portside's retail acquisition, online sales, seasonal seafood campaigns and gifting • Coordinate creative, PR, photography, video, digital and media partners • Report on marketing performance against commercial results Within twelve months, each brand will have a clear strategy, backed by reporting that proves the impact. Who We're Looking For You measure yourself by the demand you create, not the content you produce. You understand that a great campaign is only the beginning. The strategy, the positioning, the follow-through and the relationship with every stakeholder across the group all matter. • 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food, luxury, lifestyle or premium retail • Commercially minded, creative and highly organised • Strong understanding of digital, social, CRM, PR and campaign development • Experienced managing agencies, suppliers and multiple brands or locations • Confident working with owners, chefs, GMs, sales teams and creative partners • A strong storyteller with an understanding of premium customer experiences Why LK Hospitality? Founded in 2019 and led by Executive Culinary Director Stephen Nairn, LK Hospitality brings together fine dining, Japanese and premium seafood retail. Each has its own identity and audience: Omnia's sophisticated South Yarra dining, Yugen's premium Japanese craftsmanship, and Portside's celebration of Australian seafood and producers. You will join a team that is serious about brand, commercial performance and building something that lasts. • Have genuine influence over positioning, campaigns and commercial outcomes • Work alongside some of Melbourne's most respected chefs and operators • Build a strong personal reputation across the hospitality and retail scene • Be part of strengthening three established brands and shaping where they go next Values in Practice These are not aspirational. They are the minimum we expect from everyone here. Integrity: Doing the right thing, for the guest and for each other, is the baseline. Genuine hospitality: Authentic care for delivering exceptional experiences to guests. Not a performance, a disposition. Comprehensive skill: Craft matters here. Knowledge of your discipline is non-negotiable. Self-motivation and goal orientation: You do not need to be managed to hold the standard. If you are ready to own the brand and the results, we would like to hear from you. Apply now with your CV and a brief introduction outlining your experience and marketing philosophy.
