(Senior) Technical Program Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role We're looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) to drive planning, delivery, and operational excellence across our engineering department. You will work with cross-functional programs, coordinating and building the operating rhythms that keep teams aligned, and turning technical progress into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership. What You'll Do Own end-to-end program planning and delivery for the department, coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., hardware, electronics, software, controls, and test & validation). Coordinate delivery milestones across teams , tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment at every program milestone. Run the department's business review cadence , preparing and driving monthly reviews covering organizational goals — synthesizing technical progress, risks, and dependencies into executive-ready insights for senior leadership. Build and maintain a single source of truth for all programs in Jira, establishing program frameworks, operating cadences, and visibility tools for cross-functional partners on bi-weekly and monthly cycles. Develop and run a resource planning framework , leading regular reviews to align team capacity with evolving program requirements and technical workload. Manage budget and OPEX tracking for the department, enabling data-driven monthly trade-off decisions in response to shifting priorities.
