Job Summary

JJW is looking for a hands-on Cloud Architect to design and deliver the cloud infrastructure that our clients' ERP systems run on. This is a client-facing, hybrid role. You will shape the infrastructure and integration architecture during presales and design, then lead the build, migration, and go-live.

You will own the technical foundation of ERP engagements: hosting and sizing ERP environments on AWS, migrating ERP workloads and data from on-premise or legacy systems, building integrations between the ERP and surrounding applications, and making sure systems meet performance, availability, security, and disaster recovery requirements.

You will work closely with functional ERP consultants, technical and integration developers, project managers, client IT teams, and our sales and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Cloud Architecture

• Design AWS architectures for ERP workloads, covering production and non-production landscapes (development, test, QA, training, and production).

• Size compute, storage, and database resources based on ERP vendor guidance, user counts, transaction volumes, and growth plans.

• Design for high availability and disaster recovery that meets agreed RPO and RTO targets, including backup, replication, and failover strategies for ERP application and database tiers.

• Design hybrid connectivity between client sites, warehouses, factories, and the cloud ERP environment.

• Produce high-level and detailed infrastructure designs, architecture decision records, and environment build specifications.

• Build and maintain JJW's reusable ERP reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code modules, and environment templates so each implementa
