This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious and analytical individual who is looking to build a successful career in production planning, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehousing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient production scheduling and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and operational requirements. • Monitor production progress and adjust plans where necessary. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging components. • Analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory levels, and operational constraints. • Maintain accurate planning data and records. • Assist in identifying and resolving planning and scheduling challenges. • Monitor and report on planning performance and key operational metrics. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function. • Contribute to inventory optimization and effective production flow. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. • Approximately 3 years' experience in a Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, or Manufacturing Planning role. • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and planning abilities. • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Advantageous • Experience working with SAP. • Exposure to FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume production environments. • Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
