Description We are seeking a Jewelry Receptionist to join our team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, managing the reception area and assisting with various tasks to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers as they enter the jewelry store. • Manage the front desk and handle phone calls in a professional manner. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for store events and consultations. • Process customer transactions and handle cash register duties accurately. • Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers. • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment when necessary. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in retail or jewelry industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, including MS Office and point of sale systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. • Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Basic knowledge of jewelry products and trends is a plus.
